1. Karen Cretney has agreed to oversee user contract/documentation tracking. Will work with Adam, Noelle, Abha and Dave Meyer, as need be.
2. Abha will write preliminary volunteer descriptions and share with group
3. Once descriptions are finalized, put them on the website and share far and wide
4. Get names of folks who were interested in giving tours and follow-up with training
5. Next steps: develop intake process – any specific volunteer expectations?
6. Set up volunteer orientation meeting
