Northside Madison is the proud home to 34,000 residents and over 500 thriving businesses. Our beautiful neighborhood, a 1999 Neighborhood of the Year award winner, shines as Madison’s finest. Nestled between Lake Mendota and the pristine Cherokee Marsh, Northside Madison is surrounded by natural beauty, yet is conveniently located only ten minutes from downtown Madison, the University of Wisconsin, and endless retail shopping and services.
The Northside is rich in diversity and is a cultural and recreational destination for all of Madison: home to exceptional schools, multiple neighborhood parks, three first class golf courses, Madison Mallards baseball, Warner Park and the Warner Park Community Recreation Center, Madison Area Technical College, Dane County Regional Airport, the Northside Farmer’s Market, and outstanding restaurants.
